LDMA Benefits: You will continue to receive LDMA benefits including claims & campground access (see below) as long as your payments are in good standing.
Payment Failure: In the event of a failed payment, we will attempt to process it up to seven times. Following the seventh unsuccessful attempt, your LDMA benefits will be suspended immediately.
Membership Reactivation: If your membership is canceled due to failed payments, you must restart your membership to restore your benefits.
Change of Benefits: Please note that LDMA reserves the right to change the benefits associated with membership at any time.
Access to Campgrounds: LDMA members are granted access to all available LDMA campgrounds for periods of up to six months at a time. Camping fees are applicable and are subject to change. Please contact us for the current schedule of camping fees.
Prospecting Claims: As an LDMA member, you also gain exclusive access to LDMA prospecting claims. However, certain equipment restrictions may apply on a claim-by-claim basis.
Ownership: Membership does not confer ownership rights in LDMA, LDMA campgrounds, LDMA claims, or any other LDMA properties.
Code of Conduct: Members are required to adhere to the code of conduct specified for each camp. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your membership.
New Member Cancellation: New members have a 30-day grace period from the date of purchase during which they can cancel their membership and request a refund of their initial payment. To qualify for a refund, the membership kit must be returned in its original condition.
Cancellation After 30 Days: After the initial 30-day period, members are free to cancel their memberships at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period.
Free Camping Nights: Available for new signups only, stay for free for up to 21 nights at any LDMA campground. This offer is for dry campsites only and is based on availability. Hookup sites require an additional fee. Not available for Membership Reactivation (See #3 above).
